Open Call: Mentorship Programme
Applications are open until 14 June 2024.
Cultural Foundation will host a six month mentorship programme from July 2024 to January 2025. Aimed at nurturing emerging creatives, the programme will pair selected applicants with prominent artists and curators who will guide them in realising their creative vision.
Mentees will be offered one-on-one time with their mentor, as well as curatorial support. The mentors of the programme will be Farah Al Qasimi (artist), Aysha Al Hemeiri (curator), Mahmoud Al Ramahi (artist) and Shaikha Al Mazrou (artist).
Application Requirements (for artist mentees)
- Statement of intent (max. 500 words)Tell us a little bit about yourself and your creative practice. Why are you looking for a mentorship program? What are you looking for in a mentor? Are there any projects/passed works that you’re interested in developing further (please include them)
