A powerful women-led play, The Captain’s Daughters is a gripping tale of three sisters who have been locked away in complete isolation by their domineering father. The sisters have spent the past thirty years in their home, “protected” from the cruel world by a crueler patriarch. Uniquely, and with great nuance, this play explores important issues related to women in eastern societies.
The play is in Arabic.
